All invoices from Viscendo LLC are to be paid in one of 3 ways:
1) 1/2 of Estimated Costs up front and remainder on delivery.
2) Non-Contracted hourly rate, 100% due on delivery / completion of product or services.
3) Net 15 Days terms from the day the invoice is sent. The Viscendo CFO or CEO are the only two who may sign approval for other payment terms. Invoices will be sent via email on the last day of the month to Viscendo's contact specified by the client (conformation of invoice received is required via email or fax). We are able to lower rates for pre-contracted work, but we are not a bank and we encourage you to only enter into a yearly contract if you are confident you can make your payments in accordance with the contract. (Read Late Payments below before entering into yearly contract with Viscendo LLC. ) Available to clients normally after three 3 projects
Late Payments: (Please, read in full before signing contract with Viscendo LLC):
3 DAYS LATE POLICY: If an invoice payment is over 3 days late on a Net 15 days or Net X number days contract a charge of 50 dollars per thousand invoiced will be incur.
7 DAYS LATE POLICY: If an invoice payment is over 7 days late on a Net 15 or Net X number contract, a charge of 50 dollars per thousand invoiced will be incur, or reduced rates that are Contracted at a minimum number of hour will become null for that payment period and all hours invoiced will revert to NON-Contracted hourly rate. (Which is ever more!)
NON-Contracted & Contacted Hourly Options:
NON-CONTRACTED rates are as follows: Payment: 1/2 Estimated hours due up front prior to work beginning and Remaining amount Due on Delivery.
Programming: $95 per hour
Multimedia: $85 per hour (Camera / Lighting Equipment and Set-up Fee may be required in addition)
Print design and Web Design: $80 per hour
PR and Writing $75 per hour
NON-CONTRACTED Hourly Reduced rates are as follows:
Hourly Rate must be pre approved by Viscendo's CEO or CFO
Client must be a previous client of Viscendo or of a Board Members DBA.
A good faith payment 1/2 Estimated hours due up front prior to work beginning and Remaining amount Due on Delivery.
If a good faith payment is not collected up front Viscendo will require 100% of the amount due on delivery.
If client is unable to pay on delivery Viscendo will hold onto all art, programming, multimedia, etc. until payment is collected.
If payment is not collected after 15 days of project completion date or project delivery attempt by Viscendo the reduced rate client will forfeit their previously agreed on reduced rates and they will be required to pay the normal Non-Contracted hourly rates listed above for services provided.
Every 15 days after reduced rates have been forfeit an additional late fee of $50.00 per $1000.00 increment will be included.
If Viscendo has not received 100% of moneys owned after 60 days the credit institutions will be informed and client will be sent to collections.
CONTRACTING OPTIONS: A) Viscendo's Pricing for Contracted 10 hours per month minimum are as follows: (1 Year minimum Contract)Payment: Net 15 Days terms or CFO / CEO Pre-authorized other Net X number of Days
Programming: $80 per hour
Multimedia: $70 per hour (Camera / Lighting Equipment and Set-up Fee may be required in addition)
Print design and Web Design: $65 per hour
PR and Writing $75 per hour
B) Viscendo's Pricing for Contracted 5 hours per week minimum are as follows: (1 Year minimum Contract)Payment: Net 15 Days terms or CFO / CEO Pre-authorized other Net X number of Days
Programming: $70 per hour
Multimedia: $60 per hour (Camera / Lighting Equipment and Set-up Fee may be required in addition)
Print design and Web Design: $55 per hour
PR and Writing $70 per hour
